Welcome to Happy Crush. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of myhappycrush.com (the "Site") and to anything you buy from us. Please read them.

Ordering is not open yet. You cannot currently buy anything on this Site, and it does not take payments. The sections below about orders, payment, shipping, and returns are published in advance so you can read them before ordering opens. When it opens, checkout will be handled on Stripe's own secure pages — this Site will never ask you to type a card number into it.

01Agreement to these terms

By browsing the Site, joining our email list, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

02Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

03Our products

We work hard to show our products accurately, but please keep in mind:

• Colors can look different from screen to screen. A garment may vary slightly from the photos.
• Our pieces are made to order, so small variations in print placement, embroidery, and dye are normal — they're part of how the product is made, not defects.
• Measurements in any size guide are approximate.

04Prices and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices, add or discontinue products, and limit quantities at any time without notice.

Products are subject to availability. Drops are limited and can sell out. If something is listed in error — wrong price, wrong description, or out of stock — we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll tell you if that happens.

05Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if we suspect fraud, if a product is unavailable, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

06Shipping and delivery

• Our pieces are made to order and typically ship in 5–7 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over $150.
• Delivery times given by us or a carrier are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or customs holds.
• You're responsible for giving us a correct shipping address. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. If a package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us — we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
• For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility.

07Returns and exchanges

• You can return unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
• Email ROGER — ADD EMAIL ADDRESS with your order number to start a return. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
• Custom, personalized, and final-sale items can't be returned unless they're defective.
• Got a defective or wrong item? Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

08Intellectual property

Everything on the Site — the Happy Crush name, the logo and mascot, the designs, artwork, photography, text, and layout — is owned by Happy Crush or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not any rights to the artwork on it.

09Your content

If you post about us, tag us, or send us photos, reviews, or ideas, you give us permission to reshare that content on our Site and social channels with credit. You keep ownership of what you make. Please only send content you actually have the rights to.

10Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with how the Site works, to scrape or copy it, or to resell our products in a way that misrepresents the brand. We can suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.

11Email list

Joining our list means you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe from any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

12Disclaimers

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection rights.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Crush and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about.

14Indemnification

You agree to hold Happy Crush harmless from any claims or costs arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of ROGER — ADD STATE, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms. The Terms in effect on the day you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
