Happy Crush ("Happy Crush," "we," "us," or "our") runs the website at myhappycrush.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or buy something from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree with it, please don't use the Site.

What's live right now. Online ordering is not open yet. Today the Site collects only what you choose to send us through the contact form or the email signup. The sections below also describe what will happen once ordering opens, so you know in advance. We will update the "last updated" date when that changes.

01Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, join our email list, or (once ordering opens) place an order, you may give us:

• Your name and email address
• Your shipping and billing address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• Order details — what you bought, sizes, colors, quantities
• Anything you write to us in a message

Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe, not by us. Your full card number never touches our servers and we never see or store it. Stripe handles it under their own privacy policy and security standards.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visited, and the site you came from. This is used to keep the Site working and to understand general traffic patterns — not to identify you personally.

02How we use your information

• To process, produce, and ship your order
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts
• To answer your questions and provide customer support
• To handle returns, exchanges, and refunds
• To send marketing emails about new drops and early access — only if you signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations

03Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store, and only with what they need to do their job.

Receiving your information today:

• Netlify — hosts this website and stores contact-form and email-signup submissions on our behalf

Which will also receive it once ordering opens:

• Stripe — payment processing and receipts
• Bomme Studio — production and fulfillment (they receive your name and shipping address)
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your package
• An email-marketing provider — to send drop announcements and handle unsubscribes

We will name any new provider here before it starts receiving customer information.

We may also disclose information if we're legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer information may transfer as part of that sale.

04Cookies and analytics

This Site does not set any cookies, and we do not use analytics or tracking tools. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on these pages. We don't build profiles of visitors and we don't track you across other websites.

The only outside resource these pages load is Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used in the design. Loading a font means your browser contacts Google's font servers, and Google may log that request.

If we ever add analytics, or if checkout later requires cookies to work, we will update this section first and change the "last updated" date at the top of the page.

05Marketing emails

If you join our list, we'll email you about new drops, early access, and events. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can use it any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about an order you've placed.

06How long we keep it

We keep only what we still need, and we delete the rest:

• Contact-form messages — kept while we're helping you, then deleted within about 12 months.
• Email list — kept until you unsubscribe, then removed from active sending. We keep a minimal record that you unsubscribed so we don't email you again by mistake.
• Order and payment records — kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in the United States is generally around 7 years. These we cannot delete on request.

07Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and payments run through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We take reasonable steps to protect your information. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that's wrong
• Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing emails

Email ROGER — ADD EMAIL ADDRESS and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you live in California, the EU, or the UK, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR — we'll honor valid requests under those laws too. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

09Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

10Other websites

The Site may link to other websites — social media, our payment processor, and so on. We're not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
